Don’t Mask, Don’t Tell (Your Health Condition)

On 11/18/2020’s show, David Knight reports,  “Dell Bigtree got a lawyer to write him a letter about what the laws are regarding face masks and medical exemptions in various states.”

This is a letter from an attorney, Aaron Siri,

“According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), “masks should NOT be worn by … anyone who has trouble breathing.”

Most states with mask requirements have a similar medical exemption with regard to wearing a face mask. For example:

New York’s mask mandate provides that his mask requirement only applies to those that are “able to medically tolerate a face-covering.”

California’s mask mandate states: “The following individuals are exempt from wearing a face covering: Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering. This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a face covering could obstruct breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove a face covering without assistance…”

Texas’s mask mandate exempts “Any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering.”

New Jersey’s mask mandate exempts required face coverings “where doing so would inhibit that individual’s health.”

Michigan’s face covering requirements do not apply to those who “Cannot medically tolerate a face covering.”

Business Prohibited from Requesting or Requiring Support for Medical Exemptions”

Knight comments,  “In other words, don’t mask, don’t tell.  You don’t have to tell them what your medical condition is.  We all have a medical condition that requires us to breathe, it’s called being human.”

“I’ve talked about how having a face mask causes a build-up of bacteria, it’s detrimental to your health.  The face mask and the vaccine aren’t there to help you, they’re there to make you sick.”

“If you have a health condition, in Texas, Michigan, New York, California, New Jersey, etc, you don’t have to wear a mask.  In all these states, businesses are prohibited from prying.  The clerk at the register or the greeter at Walmart aren’t doctors, lawyers, cops, or your boss, they’re just busybodies.  They don’t have any authority to ask you what health conditions you have,” said Knight.

Aaron Siri ends by saying,  “In sum, businesses are legally required to accept a medical exemption to any requirement to wear a mask and are prohibited from requesting or requiring information or support for the medical exemption. Businesses that fail to abide by these requirements may be violating applicable federal and state laws, including those detailed above.”

Knight continues,  “The price of liberty is eternal vigilance, and civil disobedience to unconstitutional, immoral, unhealthy laws and rules from unelected bureaucrats.”

“The Pennsylvania governor is announcing new COVID rules including wearing a mask in your house.  That is something that was suggested by our state health honcho a long time ago, they didn’t do anything about it then but now they are.  Harris County Texas is going to start randomly knocking on your door, not to see if you’re wearing a mask, but to take your blood.  Harris County will be surveying for antibodies.  Beginning Sunday, health workers will be visiting randomly selected homes and asking residents to answer questions and provide blood samples.  If this were a real pandemic, these people going door to door taking blood would be supper spreaders,” concluded Knight.

So if they knock on your door, just tell ‘em “no antibodies home, go away.”
